We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The apartment was comfortable and spacious, making us feel right at home. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and we were even able to enjoy an early check-in. The hotel had great facilities, including a clean and refreshing swimming pool, a tennis court, and a 24-hour fitness center. The location was fantastic, with the hotel being just a short walk away from the city center and very near the river. We loved being able to explore the local area and enjoy the beautiful sunset over the Mae Kong River. we had a fantastic experience.
Nothing to complain about at all.

Great value for money, spacious and comfortable rooms that felt like home. Convenient location for exploring the city, with nice restaurants and the Mekong River within walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the pool area was a pleasant space to relax.
Breakfast selection could be improved.

The best thing is undoubtedly the swimming pool, and also the gym. The rooms are very spacious. The hotel is very useful for business people who stay for a long time and for families. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.
It is too expensive for a country like Laos and the room has no interior design, although it is convenient. It is incredible that high ranked hotels still charge for the Internet connection, when even the most simple b&b offer this for free!!! Nowadays it is like charging for using Air Con!!!

Great amenities, spacious rooms, and a large pool. The hotel provided complimentary airport transfer and had a laundry area for guests to use. The breakfast had a variety of options and was enjoyable. The hotel also offered a free ride to a nearby attraction.
The hotel lacked a restaurant for lunch or dinner and the surrounding area was quite dark at night. The communication from the staff could be improved, especially for first-time guests who need more information about the area.

The two bedroom apartment we had was spacious and well kept. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
It is not suitable for tiurists or people on holidays. It is too far from restaurants and places of interest, and there is no restaurant or bar in the establishment. They have a tennis court but no racquets for hire - aimed at long term customers and locals. All 4 of us are tennis players and the court was one reason we booked this place, to no avail as we could not get racquets!

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel in Vientiane for a few days. The staff at this hotel were incredibly pleasant and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were very spacious and had excellent air conditioning. I also loved the organic shampoo and body wash provided in the bathroom. Another great feature was the free laundry room on-site, which was a big convenience. The hotel also had a lovely large swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful garden area. Additionally, the breakfast included eggs cooked to order, which was a nice touch. One thoughtful gesture was the provision of an umbrella for rain or sun protection. The interiors of the hotel were clean and quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

No coffee shop, but close enough to town not to worry.

I thought it was an absolute liberty that any guest should be charged for wi fi. For the price of the room wi fi should be complimentary? Breakfast was very basic

Very good for business trip with kids. Facilities are excellent. Children enjoyed staying all day long in the hotel with playground, pool and spacious garden. Location is about 15 minutes walk (with kids 3 and 4 yr) from tourist / restaurant area.
It'd be even better if there is a DVD player in the room and also indoor playground.

The Parkview hotel is well situated in Vientiane, near restaurants and bars (short distance by car) and a few minutes walk to the Mekong River. The swimming Pool is pretty nice and the personal at the gym is helpful. My moom was large and well taken care of. Not too noisy. I had 2 good nights of sleep.
Employees of the hotel do not know what customer service means. But in a way it's not a very big deal. Just do't expect to be warmly welcomed and taken to your room etc... Internet access is expensive ! They should provide it for free given the price of the room.
